Take care

Caring for your BLCK.PEACOCK piece

A BLCK.PEACOCK jewel is never polished, never without patina. That patina is where its soul resides—where time, wear and experience leave their unique mark.

To preserve this character, never dip your piece in a silver cleaning bath. Doing so would strip away the depth, the texture, the story—just like a peacock wouldn’t be the same without its striking feather patterns.

If you wish to gently refresh your piece, simply use a fine fiber cloth and polish it with care. Let it shine subtly, but always with love and respect for its organic aging process.

The beauty of a BLCK.PEACOCK piece comes to life when worn. The more you wear it, the more it becomes yours. But when not in use, store it in a light- and air-tight pouch to protect its unique character. Let it rest, but never let it be forgotten.

Our jewelry isn’t an accessory. It’s a part of you—growing, evolving, and changing along with your journey. Patina included.

Materials that tell a story

At BLCK.PEACOCK, every element we use carries a past, a history, a sense of time. A BLCK.PEACOCK piece is never just metal; it’s a composition of textures, origins, and evolution.

We work primarily with high-quality silver—sometimes newly sourced, often recycled. But our creations go beyond silver alone. We are drawn to materials with life in them, with a story waiting to unfold:

  • Reclaimed leather from an old jacket, worn by time before becoming part of a bracelet.
  • Bone from an animal that passed naturally, shaped by nature itself.
  • Aged wood that has traveled its own path before finding a new form.
  • Antique coins, once currency, now relics reimagined.
  • Reworked vintage jewelry, given a second life in our hands.
  • Brass and gold, used in small, intentional touches where the design demands it.

Sometimes the vision comes first, sometimes the material leads the way. But every piece is built on the philosophy that beauty is not found in perfection—it’s found in the marks, the wear, the history embedded in every groove.

No two BLCK.PEACOCK pieces are the same. Because nothing truly special ever is.
