Return policy

Not quite right? Returns are possible within 14 days under the following conditions:

• Items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as received.
• To process your return, first register it on our webshop (this can be done through your account—check Shopify settings for the exact process - https://shopify.com/93667295573/account).
• Returns are yours to handle. You’re responsible for the return shipment and its costs. Make sure it reaches us safely.
• If your piece was damaged upon arrival or if there was an issue with delivery, please contact us first at hello@blckpeacock.com before sending anything back.
